Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Butter a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the shrimp in the dish, and dot with butter. Sprinkle with garlic, wine or chicken broth, lemon juice, and parsley. Bake uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the shrimp are pink and firm.

2 tablespoons butter 1/3 onion, chopped 1/3 red pepper, chopped 400g prawns, peeled and deveined Salt and pepper to taste Lemon wedges (optional) For the butter sauce: 2 tablespoons melted butter 3 tablespoons flour 1 cup milk Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and red pepper and fry until softened. Increase the heat to high and add the prawns. Cook for 2-3 minutes until opaque. In a separate bowl or jar, mix together the ingredients for the butter sauce. Pour over the prawns and cook for a further minute until bubbling. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
